This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect through the emberparlor.com website ("the Site"), why we process it, and what rights you have. Through the booking forms available on the Site (the "Play padel today!" section and the membership/training booking dialogs) we collect:

  • your name,
  • your phone number,
  • optionally: your preferred date and time, or the membership/training package you selected.

Like most websites, our server automatically records basic technical visit data (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamp) in standard server logs, used only to keep the Site secure and functioning correctly.

2. Purpose and legal basis

  • Handling your booking request and contacting you about it — based on the consent you give when submitting the form and on taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
  • Keeping the forms secure (spam and abuse protection, CSRF token) — our legitimate interest.
  • Cookies and local storage — based on your consent, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by our website hosting provider solely to the extent necessary to operate the Site. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com); while these load, your browser connects to Google's servers, which may involve transmitting your IP address. Our location link leads to Google Maps, an external service with its own privacy policy — we are not responsible for data processing on that platform.

4. How long we keep data

We keep booking-form data for as long as necessary to handle your request, plus a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up contact, after which it is deleted — unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Data security

Our forms are protected with a CSRF token, a honeypot mechanism against bots, and server-side validation. We recommend accessing the Site over HTTPS.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy,
  • correct inaccurate data,
  • request erasure ("the right to be forgotten"),
  • restrict processing,
  • object to processing,
  • data portability,
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example, the UODO in Poland).
