These terms govern the use of the emberparlor.com website ("the Site"), operated by Ember Parlor (Wioletta Balik) — padel courts in Warsaw, at Geodezyjna 76, 03-290 Warsaw. By using the Site you accept these terms.

The Site is informational and presents Ember Parlor's offering: court rental, memberships, coached training sessions, food and drink, and general information about the club. The Site does not process binding online payments directly.

3. Booking requests

The forms on the Site ("Play padel today!" and the membership/training booking dialogs) submit a preliminary request, not a final, binding reservation. After receiving your request we will contact you by phone to confirm the date, court availability, and final price. Membership and training prices shown on the Site are indicative and may change — the price confirmed when we contact you is the binding one.

4. User obligations

  • Provide accurate and current contact details in the forms.
  • Do not use the forms for anything other than a genuine booking enquiry (no spam or abuse).
  • Use the Site in accordance with applicable law and generally accepted standards of conduct.

5. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, photos, and logos on the Site belong to Ember Parlor or are used with the rights holder's permission and are protected by law. Copying or reusing them without permission is prohibited.
